Since the late 1990s, the Del Zoppo-Tancredi family has managed the Dulcisinfundo with great love and passion. Cristina and her brother-in-law Roberto are an unbeatable team, and the whole restaurant staff is now a real big family.
The Dulcisinfundo is located in front of the San Gimignano panoramic viewpoint, from where you can enjoy a spectacular view. The restaurant inside has the typical medieval environment that makes San Gimignano unique, and a romantic table carved into a niche.
Roberto is a great fan of jazz music. You can tell it from the beautiful photos of jazz musicians taken during jazz festivals and concerts by photographer Giovanni Tancredi, and from the carefully selected jazz playlists that are always playing.
