Between our farm, which is part of Fortezza de' Cortesi, and the restaurant, we apply the system ofshort chain and we supply directly the restaurant of extra virgin olive oil, pure DOP saffron of San Gimignano, herbs and some of the garden’s products.

For meats, cold cuts, cheeses and even chocolate, Dulcisinfundo relies on some rewarded small farms, family run, locally or within Tuscany, who also made of the quality their flag.

Our menu is absolutely seasonal. Here there are some of our specialties:

  • Sheep cheese burnt cream , pear cooked in Chianti wine and vinegar cream

  • Pink potato dumplings with mushroom sauce, confit tomato and « ricotta »

  • Stuffed chicken thigh, with S. Gimignano DOP saffron sauce

  • Fiorentina T-bone steak

  • Homemade apple cake with S. Gimignano  DOP saffron ice-cream
  • Sort of millefeuille cake with chantilly cream




Wine labels are both prestigious than less known but always excellent as coming from a constantly cared selection.
